Job Title: Registered Nurse - Ajman, UAE (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a nurse, you will provide direct patient care and support to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress. In addition to clinical tasks such as administering medications and treatments, you will also provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in India
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments upon admission or clinic visit
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team members for effective implementation
- Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and other prescribed interventions as per physician orders
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the physician promptly
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, self-care techniques, etc.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities according to organizational policies and procedures
- Adhere to infection control protocols at all times
- Participate in quality improvement activities as directed by the nursing manager
