Handyman/ Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman/Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and furniture assembly
- Handle plumbing repairs and installations, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as faulty outlets and light fixtures
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems
- Good communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa (preferred)
- Prior experience working on a contract basis is a plus
