Waiter/Waitress


We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate orders and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of orders
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month. Additional benefits include accommodation, meals during shifts, and tips.
