Seasonal Restaurant Manager
As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Dar Kulaib, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during peak seasons. This is a temporary position, perfect for someone with experience in the hospitality industry looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and customer service
- Ensure high quality food and service standards are met and maintained
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and suppliers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience working in seasonal or high-volume restaurants is an asset
