Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and high-quality menus that meet the preferences and dietary requirements of our guests
- Source and select fresh ingredients from local suppliers to ensure the highest quality dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food presentation and sanitation
- Manage inventory levels, monitor food costs, and develop strategies to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team of culinary professionals
- Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
