Egyptian Construction Manager in Hawalli, Kuwait


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of the construction project
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review and approve project plans and specifications
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, expenses, and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the Middle East region (preferably in Kuwait)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Fluency in Arabic (required)

Salary:
As an Egyptian Construction Manager in Hawalli, Kuwait your salary will be 900$ per month.
