Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Khasab. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the project. Your duties will include estimating project costs, scheduling resources and tasks, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, managing budgets and finances, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You must have strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers and subcontractors. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role. This part-time position offers a salary of 1500$ per month.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid visa for working in Khasab (Omani nationals preferred)
- Physically fit to work on construction sites
