Administrative Assistant - Medina, Egypt
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in Medina, Egypt. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, arranging travel accommodations, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for team members
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense reports
- Maintain office supplies and ensure necessary items are always available
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy rate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1000 per month
