We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Baker to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and baking products to perfection.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained throughout the baking process
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for optimal results
- Decorate baked goods with icing or other toppings when necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and taste before packaging them for sale
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
