Indian Chef in Dubai

We are a well-established restaurant in Dubai, known for our authentic Indian cuisine. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality dishes that represent the rich and diverse flavors of India. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to the restaurant's standards and recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with orders to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative and unique dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai, UAE
