Gardener Supervisor


We are currently seeking an experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Ajman. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and care of our gardens and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that will require you to work closely with a team of gardeners and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of gardeners and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all garden maintenance is carried out in a timely manner
- Monitor plant health and provide necessary care such as watering, trimming, fertilizing, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of gardens and outdoor spaces
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Train new team members on gardening techniques and safety procedures
- Work closely with management to develop and implement plans for landscaping projects
- Purchase necessary supplies and equipment for gardening tasks
- Keep track of budget and report any discrepancies or issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ajman, UAE (accommodation provided)
