Job Title: Handyman - Maintenance Specialist


We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team in Bayan. As a maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of the facility and identifying any issues or repairs needed
- Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
- Repairing or replacing broken fixtures, equipment, or furniture
- Troubleshooting and addressing any HVAC issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating with other team members and management regarding maintenance needs and completed tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Indian or Pakistani nationality
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a similar role within Kuwait is a plus
