Administrator (Isa Town, Bahrain)
Looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documents
- Assist with basic accounting tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Organize and file paperwork
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Own visa is required for this role. While this job is suitable for both men and women, we are specifically looking for male candidates at this time.
