Excavator Operator

As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators, to perform various construction tasks. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Your main duties will include operating and maintaining the excavator, coordinating with other crew members, and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to move earth or other materials according to project plans
- Perform routine maintenance on excavator to ensure proper functioning
- Coordinate with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times to prevent accidents
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Document daily activities and maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an excavator operator or in a similar role
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification
- Knowledge of construction procedures and equipment operation
- Ability to read plans and blueprints
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times

Salary: $1400 per month
