Construction Project Manager


Our construction company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects in Dar Kulaib. This full-time position is suitable for men with or without experience and offers a competitive salary of 1500$. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, materials procurement, and subcontractor management
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and executed
- Monitor progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project timeline or budget
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or challenges
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
