Waiter/Waitress in Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant located in the vibrant city of Lusail, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent and efficient service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables
- Present menus and explain dishes to guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, plus tips. Visa sponsorship will also be provided for non-Qatari candidates.
