Merchandiser (Malayalee) - Hawalli, Kuwait


We are currently hiring a Malayalee Merchandiser to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and executing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans based on market trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of merchandising strategies
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, stock levels, and overall presentation
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations accordingly
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure proper product placement and promotions
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve our own merchandising strategies
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product availability
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to enhance their selling skills

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee national or fluent in the Malayalam language
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations accordingly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Hawalli for store visits

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
