Office Assistant - Al Buraymi, Oman

The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested
- Assist with organizing meetings, including taking minutes when necessary
- Keep track of office expenses and submit reports on a regular basis
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Al Buraymi, Oman
