Bank Teller - Medina, Saudi Arabia



We are hiring a Bank Teller to join our team at a reputable financial institution in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position suitable for men without experience and with free visa and ticket. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, processing transactions accurately, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their banking needs
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
- Open new accounts and process account changes
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of each day

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Proven experience in cash handling is an asset but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Additional benefits include free visa, ticket, and medical insurance.
