Merchandiser for Women's Clothing - Ajman, UAE


A successful women's clothing brand in Ajman is seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, buying, and promoting the right products to meet our target audience's needs and preferences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion and has a keen eye for trends.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies in line with the company's goals and target audience
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with designers to create new collections that will appeal to our target audience
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products
- Plan product ranges and quantities according to sales data and budget constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance based on sales performance
- Create visual displays and promotional strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that align with merchandising strategies
- Analyze sales data regularly to identify areas of improvement or opportunities for growth

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry, preferably in women's fashion
- Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers/vendors
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Contract-based job

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
