Our cafe in Bayan, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Barista to provide exceptional customer service and create delicious coffee and tea beverages for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Create latte art and decorate drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe including equipment, workstations, and dining areas
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients and following recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system
- Restock supplies, clean dishes, and assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques and ability to make adjustments for individual preferences
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Salary starting at $900 per month based on experience
- No accommodation provided; must already have valid residency in Kuwait
