Your duties will include creating menus, managing inventory and budgets, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Malayalam are required.
