Part-Time Sales Associate



We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This position is perfect for students looking to gain experience in the retail industry while balancing their studies.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising
- Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
