Office Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are in need of a competent and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, managing office supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Preference will be given to African candidates who can speak English fluently and have their own visa. This position is suitable for men with or without experience. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
