Restaurant Manager

A high-end restaurant in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Hire, train, and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching or training as needed
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies
- Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and standard operating procedures for restaurants
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
- Excellent communication skills in both English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al-Kuwait or willing to relocate on short notice

Salary: $1200/month
