Restaurant Manager in Al-Kuwait



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure high-quality service and smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that align with customer preferences and budget
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Valid work permit for Al-Kuwait
Salary: $1200 per month
Contract job with free visa and ticket provided
