Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Al Ahmadi. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, taking into account project scope, budget, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Manage project budgets and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on project progress.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Experience working on construction projects in Al Ahmadi is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
