Construction Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Al Ahmadi and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control. This position is suitable for men with experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Al Ahmadi but is open to Indian candidates who are currently residing in Kuwait.
