Construction Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. Your main duties will include managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred. Experience working with biometric passports is a plus.
As this is a contract position, you must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Fluency in English is required.
