Executive Chef for International Cuisine in Riyadh
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in an international cuisine setting and a strong understanding of Pakistani or Malayalee cuisine. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus that showcase the best of Pakistani or Malayalee cuisine
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and procedures are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an international cuisine setting
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani or Malayalee cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
