Sous Chef

As a sous chef, you will assist the head chef in managing the kitchen and creating delicious meals for our restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. Your responsibilities will include overseeing food preparation, monitoring inventory and supplies, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a sous chef or at least three years of experience as a line cook. A passion for food and strong leadership skills are essential for this role. Salary is $1200 per month.
