Cashier - Indian Nationals Only

Our company, a leading retail chain in Doha, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling transactions with customers accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and guide them to the appropriate products or services
- Ring up purchases and process payments using cash registers or other electronic devices
- Ensure pricing and quantities are accurate by verifying product information
- Bag, box or wrap merchandise according to customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to inform customers

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid Qatar residency permit (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Basic math skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma (college degree is a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month + benefits (based on experience)

Contract type: Full-time, 1-year contract with possibility of extension
