Restaurant Manager - Doha, Qatar



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional activities and events to attract more customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in previous roles
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
