Administrative Manager
We are a highly reputable company in Dukhan seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Prepare reports on office activities, expenses, and budget
- Handle employee inquiries and complaints related to administrative issues
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of office management principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
We welcome candidates of all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian nationals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. No English language proficiency is required. However, experience in a similar role is essential.
