Executive Chef


We are in search of an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Al Buraymi. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by consistently providing high-quality, delicious dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are innovative and appealing to our guests.
- Create and maintain standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and delegating tasks.
- Maintain inventory levels for all food and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions.
- Monitor food costs and work within budget constraints.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and suppliers.
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also being able to execute classic recipes flawlessly.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

Education/Certification:
A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred. Relevant certifications will be considered.

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
