Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Salalah. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as excavators, to move materials, dig trenches, and perform other tasks as needed. You will be working on construction sites and must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment on construction sites
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Use hand signals to communicate with ground workers while operating the excavator
- Load and unload materials from trucks or trailers using the excavator
- Keep track of materials moved and hours worked for project reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating excavators or similar heavy equipment
- Valid operator's license for the specific type of equipment being operated
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures on construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or plans for excavation projects
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment
