Executive Chef - Egyptian Cuisine (Abu Dhabi)
We are a renowned restaurant in Abu Dhabi, known for its authentic Egyptian cuisine. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team and lead our kitchen in creating delicious and traditional Egyptian dishes. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled chef to showcase their expertise in Egyptian cuisine.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus, overseeing food preparation and presentation, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, and training and supervising kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining the high quality of our dishes by ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with a focus on Egyptian cuisine. You must have excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team and maintain high standards. Strong knowledge of traditional Egyptian cooking techniques is essential, along with the ability to create innovative dishes while staying true to the authenticity of the cuisine.
We are looking for a highly organized individual who can handle high-volume production while maintaining quality standards. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with all departments within the restaurant. Fluency in English is required.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. The working hours may vary depending on business needs but will include weekends and evenings.
