Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers in a professional and efficient manner. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the sales industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
- Must be results-driven and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Prior experience in the African market is preferred but not required
Salary: $1100 per month (with accommodation provided)
