Entry-Level Sales Manager
A growing company in Salalah is seeking an ambitious and motivated Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team to ensure success
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's products/services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to enhance overall business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a sales role or relevant internship (experience in the Middle East market is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Benefits:
