Sales Manager - Salalah, Oman
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Your main focus will be on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts for management review
- Train new hires on company policies, products/services knowledge, and effective sales techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (experience in the Middle East region is preferred)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA is preferred)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
