Seasonal Restaurant Manager
As a seasonal Restaurant Manager in Manama, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during peak seasonal periods. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure the highest quality of food and service is provided to our customers. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, scheduling staff, handling customer complaints and feedback, and ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards are met.
To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in a management position within the food and beverage industry. A degree or diploma in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required. You must also have strong leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
