We are in need of a part-time Administrator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and supporting the daily operations of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries from clients and colleagues
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- Must be able to work in Nizwa, Oman

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1000 Omani Rials per month.
