Experienced Construction Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets based on client requirements
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders regularly
- Oversee all onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications
- Monitor project costs and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before starting construction work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in Sharjah
- Ability to read blueprints and use construction management software
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. This is an urgent position so candidates must be available to start immediately.
