Construction Manager
A leading construction company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Experience managing large-scale projects from planning through completion
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in the UAE. Accommodation will not be provided. Indian nationals are preferred for this role.
