Accountant (Indian Nationals Only)

Our fast-growing company in Ajman is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial records. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct periodic audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
