Sales Manager
Our company is a leading multinational corporation in the sales industry, based in the vibrant city of Nizwa. We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role, preferably within the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a valid biometric passport
