Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales management and a proven track record of achieving results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
