Head Executive Chef
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the Head Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation. You will work closely with the management team to develop and maintain high-quality standards of food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect our company's vision and mission
- Manage all kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Maintain inventory levels for food supplies and equipment
- Monitor food costs and budget accordingly
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or menus
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in creating menus that cater to different dietary needs
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience working in an English-speaking environment is preferred
