Junior Baker

We are in search of a Junior Baker to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Junior Baker, you will be responsible for assisting senior bakers in the preparation and production of various baked goods. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals without prior experience in the baking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior bakers with measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients for baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Rotate and monitor products in the oven to ensure even baking
- Decorate and finish products as instructed by senior bakers
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but basic knowledge of baking techniques is preferred
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- Good time management skills and attention to detail
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
