Sales Manager - Contract Position (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a leading multinational company in the Al Ahmadi area seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and managing sales for our products and services. This position is open to Indian nationals who have a strong proficiency in English and proven sales experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and market knowledge
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Additional benefits will be provided based on performance.

Location:
This job is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already residing in the area.
